At today’s Accountability & Script Training, Krch agents perfected the “3 Step Pre-Showing Checklist.” They learned how to eliminate areas that the buyers aren’t interested in, how to better focus on the buyer’s top three requirements, & and about the drive by test.
Once they proved their skills in a little friendly Krch competition, Martha Evans came out on top & won the trophy this week! Great job, Martha! Also on the winning team were Jay Schuler, Mike Bettinghouse, Delinda Norvelle, & Patty Steelman.
