Today was the Krch Realty weekly Accountability Meeting. These are held every Thursday at the Builder’s Association of Northern Nevada and are open to any and all agents. Various training sessions and topic discussions are held among agents to give them a chance to learn “tricks of the trade” from their peers.
Today, the Greatness Tracker was dissected and discussed in detail. This is a particular form agents are encouraged to use to keep track of their efforts in becoming a great Realtor. And since a little friendly competition never hurt anyone, Krch Realty awards the agent with the best Greatness Tracker numbers the distinguished Weekly Champion trophy. This week’s winner is Margaret Borso – which is amazing because Margaret is in transition to become a Krch Realty agent and is starting strong! We’re glad to be having her join our team!
Also at today’s meeting, the agents and broker got a chance to talk about a motivational training seminar that we had seven agents attend via an online live stream yesterday. It was nice to be able to compare notes and see everybody else’s take on the valuable training.
